Initially starting in a temporary role Matty was almost immediately promoted to supervisor during a busy Christmas period and then retained as a permanent team member due to his high level of professionalism and customer service. Matty is consistently referred to as “a true asset to the team” by staff and customers alike, always willing to go above and beyond and ensuring he gets everything right first time. He stepped up to take responsibility for the whole bar operation in the absence of a bars manager ensuring a well-managed and fully functioning bar, no mean feat for a venue that delivers events for 1000 people night after night. Even at 1am on a Sunday morning after a 70 hour week, Matty is still as passionate and positive about his role and can be found with a smile on his face!
